Lab access suspended

I am working through PowerBI modules on Microsoft Learn. When trying to launch one of the data modeling labs, an error pops up saying "Lab Access Suspended - Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this, we've suspended your access to the Learn lab on demand. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access."

When I try to appeal this "Verify your account" pops up, but there is no way to access that window.

Are there any other ways I can get back into the lab? I'd love to continue my learning journey, and these labs are absolutely crucial to the experience.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

1. ESI Support Portal: https://esisupport.microsoft.com/en-US/signin => Required to sign in with work email => Learner maybe haven't got a work email

2. https://esisupport.microsoft.com/Account/Login/Register: Learner has access to portal support without work email.

3. There are 2 portals which that learner has could access the portal to get support from Microsoft, which one required work email (1), which another one can access via personal email (2).

Firstly, I met a problem when I used the link on the email (1) to access the portal because the portal has required my work email. Therefore, I try to search for another link and I found a link (2): I chose the button "B2C-WWL" and saw "Case number" was created on this. The Technical team of Microsoft fixed and unblock my account and my problem was solved.
