Issue with different data between Matrix and Bar chart

Hi,

I have an issue where I have a Barchart (image 1) with a set of Sum measures where the X-axis is Year-Month and on another page I show the same measures in a Matrix visual (image2), but the Sum isn't the same as in de Barchart. 

I have tried deleting the cache in the report and the stored cookie data in browser of the users. Sometimes this resolves the issue, but it keeps coming back. 

Anyone experience the same issue, or have some pointers on how to resolve this?

@Jdiepen Can you check the page level / visual level filters between the two visuals ?

See below. The filter influence is the same, that's why I am surprised with the different result.

@Jdiepen  try replacing SUM with SUMX function in your measures like below

Discount = SUMX('Table','Table'[Discounts])
