Strange refresh issue in workspace with pbip file

Hi everyone,

I'm running into a strange issue with a Power BI file in .pbip format, and I hope someone here might have an idea of what's going on.

Here's the situation: I refresh the data in my Power BI file locally, and everything looks perfect. The data matches exactly with the tables in my source database. However, once I upload this file to the workspace and refresh it there, I notice that one specific visualization, which relies on a particular table, keeps showing old data. I tried creating a brand new workspace and uploading the file again, but that one visualization still displays the wrong information.

The rest of the visuals and data in the report seem fine; it's just this one visualization that keeps showing outdated data even after refresh.

Has anyone faced a similar problem before, or does anyone have an idea about what might be causing this inconsistency? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @MagdaS , hello GilbertQ, thank you for your prompt reply!

Is there any progress on this issue?

Hi, we found a solution by removing number format. Orginally, in the table, integer column has decimal number format which we changed to whole number format. Coming back to orginal setup causes that table finally refreshed properly but it seems to be a PBI bug.

Hi @MagdaS

What happens if you take that particular table that is related to the visual and put that into a new PBIP and refresh in the service to see if it is that table that is called from the issue
