Hi there,
How can workspace admins limit the report members from adding links? These links enable anyone in the organisation to access the report. We would like to provide direct access to specific people without granting them the permission to add links.

Please add the user to the workspace with Contributor or Viewer role.

At most, you can share with 100 users or groups in a single share action. However, you can give more than 500 users access to an item. Here are some suggestions:

Thanks, but what I need is to limit people from creating links using the 'Add link' option. People that I have shared with using the 'Direct access' tends to use the 'Add link' option and create a link, so they can share with others who aren't suppose to have access.
