I have a Pro subscription but I'm always ask to upgrade to Pro.
When I sign in, my Desktop and power bi.com see the free subscription, not the Pro.

Found the issue.
Credit Card expired used for the Pro licence
All other Subscription use a different Credit Card.
We did that today, but I'm still a "Free user" on powerbi.com.
I now have a case open with the Office 365 team.
We found my subscription to Power BI (free) cannot stay off.
When we turn off Power BI (free) in 365, Power BI (free) will turn back on automatically.
On the support call, Microsoft saw this happening.
I have no solution at this time.
