Gateway timeout issue

Hi,

Recently I updated server host(ip) and updated power bi desktop with new ip from data source settings.
Then refreshed data and successfully received data from new server. 
I had to recreate power bi gateway cluster since it unable to edit the server.
Issue is since then I can't refresh data from scheduled refresh or demand refresh, Its getting timeout error.

Do you guys have any suggestion ? It worked fine earlier, gateway also connected.

I would chat to your network Admin to see why changing to the new IP address is slower.

I would suggest making sure that the new gateway server has got enough resources and has good speed to access the data source?

It worked fine last day before ip change. Is their anything we can do ?
