Gateway timeout issue

Hi,   Recently I updated server host(ip) and updated power bi desktop with new ip from data source settings. Then refreshed data and successfully received data from new server.  I had to recreate...

Hi Anonymous 

 

I would suggest making sure that the new gateway server has got enough resources and has good speed to access the data source?

    It worked fine last day before ip change. Is their anything we can do ?
