The reports includes filters so it is only the actually shown info that we needs to log.
How do we do that, is there a way to write to the PowerBI activity log or any other eventlogs/datasinks?

Private message me for consulting or training needs.
The two logged/autited activities that would solve my problem, are these IF they also logs the actual content the user viewed
Is that the case?
