Hi, We had a workshop with our first time users that are on the Free trial Pro license, and all of the first time users cannot see the shared dashboard from our Workspace. On the other hand the other users also on Free trial Pro license, but not first time user, have no problem seeing the browser.
The share dashboard is kept on loading but no end to it.
Appreciate help on this, what sort of error that may cause this?
We've tried:
1. Reshare the link
2. Delete & recreate the access
3. Change browser
4. User log out and login again
But result is still the same, user still cannot see the dashboard.

@GilbertQ , yes we found out that they still have the Free license. So we converted them to trial license and all good.
