First time user cannot see shared dashboard

    Hi there

    Can you make sure that the user does not have a Power BI Free license?

    Could you also make sure that when the user logs in they accept the Power BI Trail prompts and do not dismiss it?

    GilbertQ , yes we found out that they still have the Free license. So we converted them to trial license and all good.
