Hi @Sowmiya.
Is it Possible to Download Excel from Power BI Service Report?
We could export data from Power BI Service through Excel.
In addition, we also have the feature Analyze in Excel, with that, we could use Excel to view and interact with a dataset that you have Power BI, and access PivotTable, chart, and slicer features in Excel based on the dataset that exists in Power BI.
Please note that the options to export the data and Analyze in Excel requires a Pro or Premium license and edit permissions to the dataset and report.
Best Regards,
Cherry
