Error with Schedule Refresh on Power BI Web

Hello, can someone assist me with this issue?

I'm trying to make one schedule refresh on Power BI Web, but, its given to me this error message below

Data source error:DataSource.NotFound: Excel Workbook: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file. To download the client software, visit the following site: .. . The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. Table: Data.

I've already installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 64 bits on my device, and also, my power bi desktop is 64 bits, and the error persist,

The issue is only one Dashboard, I've another one's here and this error doesn't happen with then, only with this one.

The difference on this dashboard then the other one is, on this one I use the sharepoint folder to get the data to mde the analysis, and also the M language to process data.

Is something that I need to add on the M script?

Thanks for now

I've saved the file with the file Excel Workbook and I think that it worked, although I need to be sure that is not possible to do it if the file is with the extension "xlsb"

If not, do we heve some Microsoft article that is talk about it?

I tryng to found by myself, but without success.

Thanks!

Not saying that it is not possible, but it requires a legacy driver with big performance penalties and setup issues on gateways. Not worth the effort.

If at all possible do not use Access as a data source. It is not a good source for Power BI.

I've already installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 64 bits on my device,

Not good enough.  You need to do that on all gateway cluster members.

Ok, got it, but do you know what to do about it?

Also, I forgot to mention that the Excel file is with the extension xlsb

Thanks!

the problem is the same with accdb, xls and xlsb files.

Change your file type to xlsx or xlsm - that completely removes the issue.

I've tried that already, but if we do that the file is "broken" and we can not opened him.

not just rename the file - change its format ("save as")

I've changed the file format here, the way you said, but the error to refresh persist, but now the error message is different, is this one below

Data source error:DataFormat.Error: The specified package is not valid.. . The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. Table: Data.

Do you know what could be?

does the .xlsx work on the Power BI Desktop?

Didn't work with .xlsx file, I've tried this way and return the message that I've insert here before.
I'm using one M scrip does this could be the issue?

not usually.  Please describe in more detail what you are trying to accomplish.

I've saved the file with the file Excel Workbook and I think that it worked, although I need to be sure that is not possible to do it if the file is with the extension "xlsb"

I need to configure the schedule refresh on this dashboard, but is return me this error below

"DataFormat.Error: The specified package is not valid.. . The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. Table: Data."

I have two other panels here, both are working and refreshing properly, only this one is not working, the only difference on this is that the data is coming to one SharePoint folder

I've changed the file data to xlsx,
I've the gateway installed on my device,
Although the issue persist, only on this dashboard
