Error with Schedule Refresh on Power BI Web
I've saved the file with the file Excel Workbook and I think that it worked, although I need to be sure that is not possible to do it if the file is with the extension "xlsb"
If not, do we heve some Microsoft article that is talk about it?
I tryng to found by myself, but without success.

If at all possible do not use Access as a data source. It is not a good source for Power BI.
I've already installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 64 bits on my device,Not good enough. You need to do that on all gateway cluster members.

Also, I forgot to mention that the Excel file is with the extension xlsb

the problem is the same with accdb, xls and xlsb files.
Change your file type to xlsx or xlsm - that completely removes the issue.
I've tried that already, but if we do that the file is "broken" and we can not opened him.
not just rename the file - change its format ("save as")
