Thank you for the anwser but that wasnt the error. I tried that several times. I solved the problem but i wasnt able to identify what was exactly the problem.

I removed several steps from CARTERA TOTAL table in  power query and did them on DAX instead and it solved the problem.

It seems the table CARTERA TOTAL has been updated in source.

Please refresh the dataset in power bi desktop then publish it to web and refresh on web

It will be good to go.

When you encounter an error while refreshing a report in Power BI Service, it can be caused by various factors. To diagnose and resolve the issue, you can follow these steps:

  1. Review the Error Message:

    • Pay close attention to the error message displayed in Power BI Service. The error message can provide valuable information about what went wrong.
  2. Check Data Source Credentials:

    • Verify that the credentials used to connect to your data source are correct and up-to-date. If the credentials have changed or expired, you may need to update them.
  3. Data Source Availability:

    • Ensure that your data source is accessible and available. If your data source is hosted on a server, check if the server is up and running. If it's a web service, confirm that it is accessible from the Power BI Service environment.
  4. Check Data Source Permissions:

    • Make sure that the user account used for data source access has the necessary permissions to retrieve data. Permissions at the data source level can sometimes lead to refresh errors.
  5. Review Data Transformations and Queries:

    • Review any data transformations or queries that you've applied in Power Query (Power BI Desktop) or Power Query Editor (Power BI Service). Incorrect transformations or queries can cause refresh issues.
  6. Data Source Changes:

    • If your data source schema or structure has changed (e.g., new columns, tables, or data types), make sure your Power BI report and data source settings are updated accordingly.
  7. Scheduled Refresh Limitations:

    • Check if you have exceeded the refresh limits of your Power BI subscription. Different subscription types have varying refresh limits (e.g., Pro vs. Premium).
  8. Check for Timeout Issues:

    • Long-running queries or slow data sources can lead to timeout issues during refresh. Consider optimizing your data source or breaking down the refresh process into smaller steps if needed.
  9. Refresh History and Logs:

    • Explore the refresh history and logs in the Power BI Service to gather more information about the specific error and when it occurred. This can help pinpoint the issue.
  10. Data Gateway:

    • If you're using an on-premises data source, ensure that the Power BI Gateway is properly configured and running. The gateway is necessary to connect to on-premises data sources from the cloud-based Power BI Service.
  11. Contact Support:

    • If you cannot resolve the issue using the above steps, consider reaching out to Power BI Support for assistance. They can help diagnose and troubleshoot specific issues.

Remember that the specific steps to resolve the error may vary depending on the nature of the error message and your specific data source setup. Careful analysis of the error message and reviewing your data source configuration are crucial for resolving refresh errors in Power BI Service.
