Solved: Power BI refresh on Web Source Delay

Hi,

I use power automate to refresh PBI data source(Web Source). As the excel in sharepoint data add, then will refresh dataset. But there must a 3 mins delay should I wait after excel updated or the dataset refreshed but no data added. Is there any explaination for this?

It is a normal behavior. MSFT recommends for up to 15 mins sometimes to see changes. So yes you would need to wait for the Excel file in Sharepoint to update to trigger Power automate.
