Error: There was a data source access error.

After publishing a report I get this error.

There was a data source access error.
Please contact the gateway administrator.

If I check the gateway connection, I get:
Online: You are good to go, on the cluster
And Connection Succesful on the Data source.

What's going wrong and what can I do to fix this?
