Is there an option to embed Power BI App as HTML to copy and paste onto a web platform rather than sharing a link?

If you are referring to Report App that is published from a Workspace ( 1 app with multiple reports and dashboard ), it is not possible.

But if you want to embed an individual report using html, use this:

It comes with iframe html code

Hi, Power Bi has a licence "Power Bi Embed". That will allow you to take some content to a custom application. You can learn about that in the doc and explore or play with it in here: https://playground.powerbi.com/en-us/

If you mean taking a "Power Bi App" to a custom web app, you can't. As the doc says: "Power BI embedded analytics allows you to embed your Power BI content such as reports, dashboards and tiles, in a web application or in a website."
