Hi - I have set up a subscription to email myself and users when a Semantic Model / Dataset has refreshed - it is working but seems to have a delay on it.
For example this morning the semantic model says last refreshed at 08:22 whereas the email was received at 08:33. Not a huge delay but I would expect it to be immediate
Is this normal behaviour, perhaps an issue with our internal email or something else?

Well that is a normal behavior, MSFT recommend to always wait up to 15 mins for updates in the service.

When you created the subscription you have scheduled the time to send emails at 8:30 I believe! the subscrition can't be related to the end of refresh time unless you have used Power automate maybe?

hi @aj1973 - no I set it to deliver after the refresh - just wondering why it isn't immediate.
