Dataset refresh problem

Hello,

I've a problem with the datasets of a customer :
- The refresh works randomly

It's impossible to create the temporary directory by the gateway but the problem isn't constant. ("Unable to create a directory needed for the evaluation. Directory:......")

This message is the same for all of the datasets of my customer.

Have you an idea of this issue ?

it does seem to be a gateway issue and disk space.  

here are a few things to look at :

-Check to see if you have other refreshes that are running at the same time and adjust it

-Move to direct query over import 

-Use incremental refresh to keep refreshes small 

-with each report turn off "include in refresh" for each table that you dont need to always update

Most likely your gateway is out of disk space.
