Dataset refresh problem

it does seem to be a gateway issue and disk space.  

here are a few things to look at :

-Check to see if you have other refreshes that are running at the same time and adjust it

-Move to direct query over import 

-Use incremental refresh to keep refreshes small 

-with each report turn off "include in refresh" for each table that you dont need to always update
