Dataset refresh issue

Hi Support,

The dataset been failing for the past week with the following error:

Cluster URI: WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-D-PRIMARY-redirect.analysis.windows.net

Activity ID: e44eafae-53f0-46f9-b3de-bf122b72fbd2

Request ID: 9dfa5d56-226d-62ba-8458-da4aa8d4bd5a Time: 2020-10-19 16:15:20Z

The gateway been checked, restarted and reinstalled but we still have the same issue the dataset is not refreshing?!

Hi @Abduvali ,

That doesn't give much of a hint as to the actual problem.  I think you should open a ticket with Microsoft to see if they can track down the problem as those ID's are something that they can look up.
