I need to prepare a list of all datasets in a given Power BI org and each dataset's metadata (created date, last refreshed, workspace, endorsement, owner, etc.) just like is presented on the Datasets tab of the PBI Service. However I need this list in an analyzable form such as in Excel, CSV, etc. Is there any way to do this? If not, is there an easy way to get a count of datasets based on the year of their last refresh date?

Hi @keobrie ,
You could try toget dataset list with PowerShell.
Get-PowerBIDataset
[-Scope <PowerBIUserScope>]
[-Filter <String>]
[-First <Int32>]
[-Include <String>]
[-Skip <Int32>]
[-WorkspaceId <Guid>]
[<CommonParameters>]
To learn more details and operations ,refer:
Get dataset list with PowerShell
Exporting the workspaces list from the Admin Portal
