Previously, if you have member access to a workspace and then clicked on a dataflow, the dataflow opens up and provides you a view of the tables within the dataflow. You can also expand the table to view the fields within the table.
Now, when we try to do that, we are getting:
This dataflow can only be managed by its owner.

This is because you are not the owner of Dataflow.
If you want to open it, please open the settings and click "Take over" button, then you colud open the dataflow.

Yes, obviously we are not the owners. But like @trebllaw mentioned above, that was different before.
Before you could see the tables, columns and data types and only when you wanted to edit the dataflow it would not be allowed.
Since then, this has changed and now you are getting this weird error.
