Dataflow refresh error

Dataflow fails to refresh with following error:

Microsoft SQL: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.).
We have an on-prem Sql Server with the Gateway. We experienced same issue with the Power BI Desktop and Gateway but where able to address them using the workarounds found online (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/connectors/sql-server#limitations)
Unfortuantely, I couldn't find any workaround for the dataflows.

You need to install a relatively recent gateway (210.14 or newer) and then configure it to skip the certificate check.

How should we configure it? I would appreciate some kind of simple guide.
