Dataflow Gen2 refresh issue

Hi all, 

I have had multiple dataflow Gen 2 failing refresh this morning. When I look to see to understand what is going on all I get is "Dataflows is disabled" as per below. I am not sure why as it look like it refreshed yesterday evening with no issues 

Any solutions as to what the problem is here?

The error message I get it 
There was a problem refreshing the dataflow: '{"RootActivityId":"db49e6ac-c98b-4386-8c0c-0bb6362debec"}'. Error code: . (Request ID: ).
