Dataflow Error

Hi,

 

I am getting below error on my Dataflow. This used to worked fine up until last week.

 

Error: The credentials provided for the Web source are invalid. (Source at https://sitel-my.sharepoint.com/personal/geelyn_calipes_sitel_com/Documents/Apps/Microsoft%20Power%2....). RootActivityId = e5bec121-c63c-4104-94fb-f9edad040912.Param1 = The credentials provided for the Web source are invalid. (Source at https://sitel-my.sharepoint.com/personal/geelyn_calipes_sitel_com/Documents/Apps/Microsoft%20Power%2....) Request ID: fa39a808-9dd8-4817-2348-20d60fdfbbf3.

hi thanks for all your responses. this is now working. its possible that there are network concerns.

Update your data source credentials with Oauth2 and privacy Organisational .

Hi @Anonymous ,'

 

If this was working and is not working now there are often one of two common issues - either the userids password or permissions changed.  Or, the document itself changed in some way - the location, the exact name or something like that.  Those are the first two areas to check.  After that, maybe something changed in the network or the firewalls.
