Refresh error

Dear all,

getting below error while trying to refresh, i rechecked in the excel "each acct tgt" - but unable to find any mismatch

pls help on how to further check this?

Data source error: The following system error occurred: Type mismatch. Table: EACH ACCT TGT.

Have you verified the data types of all the columns? This type of error happens in scenarios where you have text values in a column with whole number or int data type. I would suggest you to open the PBIX file and get into power query, select all columns and then click on 'Keep Errors'. Then you will be able to find the rows which are causing this error.

Thanks all, its ok now. there was a formula in one row, which i removed from excel.

Hi @anoomohan ,

Open transform data and go to view>turn on column profiler/column quality and in applied steps check every applied steps for errors.
