I get this error:
I am the gateway administrator myself... How can I troubleshoot this?
The error makes no sense, I see nothing wrong in the gateway!!!

Hi @Anonymous - To collect logs
Go to Settings > Admin Portal > Audit logs.
Review logs for gateway errors or access-related issues.
and gateway logs you can collecct below path:
C:\Users\<GatewayServiceAccount>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises data gateway\Gateway*.log
could you provide additional details about the data source type (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, etc.) and whether the issue occurs with other data sources
