Hi Team,
Good day! I have reviewed some threads here and need a second opinion about my situation w/ registering servers in Power BI Gateway.
We have a Power BI Gateway connecting to a Teradata database cluster. There are multiple teams with their own space/database in that cluster and the plan was to register a data source for each team in the Gateway to control data exposure.
I did check the following threads below and what they say is that we can have a limited set of entries for one database - e.g. IP address = 1 entry , hostname = 1 entry. Outside of using ODBC or setting up another Gateway, would any of you have an alternate solution?

Hi ianclarito,
We can't add a same data source twice in a data gateway cluster. If your need is to control the security level in your report, I would recommend you to configure RLS, please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-rls.
