Hi,
I created a live overview of service issues in a company. Now I got the question if it's possible to mark a line in the table of issues if they are working on it. Especially if more than one person is working with the live overview this would be really helpful, but I am not aware of such a feature.
Is there a way to do this? Like a checkbox or just adding a green background to that line?
Cheers
Nils

Hi nilsflaschel,
I understand your requirement, you want a feature which can let you see if someone in your workspace is modifying a report, right? Actually it's a great idea but currently app workspace doesn't support the feature, you can submit your idea here. In addtion, as a workaround, you can schedule an event table in your app workspace to avoid the conflict, please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-bi/service-collaborate-power-bi-workspace#schedule-an-event-o.... You can also consider to do your team work in power bi desktop using PBIT which doesn't import data so that much time can be saved. Please refer to this similar case: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Multiple-users-working-on-same-pbix-file/td-p/428567.

Hi @v-yuta-msft,
I have a table showing support issues in a company and there are a lot of them. Once someone from the support team starts to work on one of the issues listed in the table, his colleagues should know about it. The idea is to mark the line in the table to show that someone is working on it.

Hi Jimmy,
thanks for the ideas for a workaround!
Actually my requirement is even simpler, but I guess it's not possible. It's really just about if someone can change the color of a row in a table of a shared dashboard. I will mark the question as closed.
Cheers
Nils
