Create Dataset in Power BI using cloud console for mac

I'm trying to create a new dataset to connect my Azure Synapse workspace to a Power BI workspace, but I there are no options to create datasets on Power BI cloud. I'm using a mac. How do I do this? Thanks!

I've followed those steps, but this is where I'm stuck. The Azure instructions say to open the file in PowerBI Desktop. I work on a mac, and can't download PowerBI desktop. It doesn't seem like I can load in on the cloud console. On PowerBI cloud there's no place to add a dataset either.

Power BI Desktop only support windows operation system.

Please try to create a VM machine to install Power BI Desktop and do the publish operation.
