Create Dataset in Power BI using cloud console for mac

I'm trying to create a new dataset to connect my Azure Synapse workspace to a Power BI workspace, but I there are no options to create datasets on Power BI cloud. I'm using a mac. How do I do this? T...

    Hi Anonymous ,

    Power BI Desktop only support windows operation system.

    Please try to create a VM machine to install Power BI Desktop and do the publish operation.

I've followed those steps, but this is where I'm stuck. The Azure instructions say to open the file in PowerBI Desktop. I work on a mac, and can't download PowerBI desktop. It doesn't seem like I can load in on the cloud console. On PowerBI cloud there's no place to add a dataset either.

Hi Anonymous ,

Power BI Desktop only support windows operation system.
