When I copy a visual as an image or as image with caption, the right side is cut off. If I try to shrink the visual, it works but it is pretty unreadable at that point. The visual is a table with 6 columns, some with a lot of text.
I've seen others post about similar issues but has this been resolved or a workaround found?
Hi @TCavins ,
What does this situation look like? I can't reproduce your problem for the time being.
the right side is cut off
These are some of the known limitations:
Do you accept the use of the system's built-in screenshot tool to take screenshots?
Shortcut key: win + shift + s

@Anonymous Thank you for your reply. Here is what I'm seeing. The entire visual is visible and there is no scrolling. I had to blur our the data to show here.
However, when I right click and copy, it cuts off the image in the middle of the Service Description column. Text is cut off in this column and the last two columns are not displayed.
Hi @TCavins ,
This is strange😥, it should contain the complete visible content of the visual, have you tried using another browser? Compatibility may be a problem. Or use the system's own screenshot software to manually take a screenshot.

@Anonymous For the person we who needed this image, I did end up snipping the page and sending it to them. We have a lot of guest users on Azure at various organizations with access to our Power BI and their systems vary as does their technical ability to know how to screen shot.
We had the issue with Edge and and duplicated it in Chrome as well.
Hi @TCavins ,
So are you okay with this approach right now? Or can you use a support ticket and share it here when you get a solution? I'm curious as to why this is the case.
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at
Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
