Hi!
I have created a table in snowflake which contains countries and median salaries. I have granted the users access to read different sets of rows depending on who they are. When I share my report with them, with the storage mode "DirectQuery", and toggle on the following option
They are asked to authenticate when accessing the dashboard, and later on they are only shown the data in accordance to the access controls set up in the source. However, when working in Dual mode, this no longer works. Is there a way to set this up with dual mode?

Hi! You will also need to configure RLS in Power BI desktop. In dual mode Power BI is switching between import and DQ based on the context of the query. When the data is queried in DQ the RLS from your source are enforced. When data is queried from import the RLS you defined in desktop are enforced.

Unfortunate since we want to handle RLS in one place only. But thank you for the response.
