Hi,
I'd like to control user sharing as follows:
1) User A shares a Dashboard or Report with User B
2) User B can only share the same Dashboard or Report with Users C and D, but cannot share it with Users E or F.
Assume User A created the Dashboard or Report in question, is Admin, Workspace Admin, etc.
Is this level of control over sharing possible? If so, how? Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,
As @Greg_Deckler said, it is not supported to restrict users who can share. When you configure RLS, the users that you don't give permission won't view your content though they can open your dashboard.
For more information about RLS, please reference the documents:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-rls
If you don't want to use RLS, there is not a good workaround to solve it unfortunately. You could submit an idea to get the feature fixed quickly.

@Anonymous - No but you could control Users E and F access via RLS
