Subscribed dashboards, restrict data access report

Hello, who can help me with this problem?
I have an extensive report / dataset with data from many groups. For each group, I created a dashboard by filtering the groups in the report and then attaching the visuals to the dashboard.
I'd like to have 3 things:
- Every dashboard should be sent to the groups automatically by email (subscribe function)
- Data of the dashboard/report should be able to be downloaded as xls (not csv)
- No group should be able to select/view the data of the other groups
Unfortunately, with a click on the dashboard you automatically get into the report and can now see the data of all groups, although only the filtered data of your own group should be visible.
I currently have the following problems:
- Limiting the data in the report with RLS prevents the subscribe function
- Withdrawal of approval for the report prevents data display in the dashboard
- Changing the link per visual in the dashboard is too much work
- No XLS data can be downloaded from the dashboard, only CSV
Who has the “all-in-one” solution for me? Or does it not yet exist, but maybe Microsoft is working on a solution?
Thanks for your approaches,
tober

tober

Hi @Tober1996 ,

One additional point: Regarding to the problem of not being able to export file in .xlsx format, please check the feature "Export to Excel" in the admin portal and whether it was disabled by administrator.

Export to Excel.JPGRow-level security (RLS) with Power BI

Subscribe to a report or dashboard in the Power BI service

Best Regards

@Tober1996 - I cannot think of any work-around for your situation beyond those that you have already listed. RLS and changing the link on the tiles are the general work-arounds.
