Conditional formatting corrupted in Service

Hi,

I am having problems in Service to show all my Conditional Formatting correctly (right table). Conditional formatting all work well and look fine in Desktop (left table). Once it get published to Service it turns everything into red crosses and grey background. I have tried many things like different browsers, clear the caches, cookies, history, reboots, etc.. nothing work. I even tried to keep just the ticks and the crosses or just grey it is still showing just red crosses or all grey. Please help.

Hi @Jeff_Ng ,

You could check the Issues forum:

If it is not there, you could post it.

Best Regards,

Hi @Jeff_Ng

It would appear that there is a filter which is causing the conditional formatting to be out?

Can you also ensure that you have installed the latest version of Power BI desktop to upload to the Power BI Service?

Power BI Blog

I am always on the latest version of Power BI Desktop and very certain it wasn't cause by any filters. Soon after publishing it Power BI Service on first open before you do anything to it should look exactly same as Power BI Desktop but it isn't in this case.
