Hi
Currently , I use Premium App metrics to obtain Dataset sizes
Do you know please , if there is a way to get this information via a Power BI API ?
Regards
Christophe
Hi, @Bamak
Through API in Power BI, you can get the detailed information of your dataset like id, name, refresh info, but the data set size does not seem to be viewable, you can check this document:

Track user activities in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
CreateDataset/EditDataset/RefreshDataset objects
if you already use Premium Capacity Metrics Monitor Power BI Premium capacities with the Premium Capacity Metrics app. - Power BI | Microsoft Do...
Table PremiumDatasetSize
then you can access that dataset via its XMLA endpoint from Powershell or other apps.
You could brute force it by downloading the .PBIX via API call. But it may be easier to consult the tenant audit logs. They contain dataset size data.
Hi Ibendlin
Thank you very much for your answer
