Cannot load data model error

Hi All,

I have a PBI Report that uses excel file on the network, i can refresh the data using desktop, publish and the data set is refreshing fine in the PBI Service, but the users are gettting the error "Cannot load data model". I checked the folder security and they have all permissions. Please advice.

Underlying Error: User is trying to access model with Id='340504' which has cloud RLS enabled, but they have no roles associated with them.

@StefanoGrimaldi Thanks. I opened the report in my desktop and clicked on the roles and found 2 roles, i deleted and published it to the workspace and now the users dont see the error

take a picture on the power bi desktop of the roles configuration just to make sure theres no role assigned, also check on the power bi service theres a tenant or workspace option that enable the need of a obligatory role for the dataset if not returns empty data, 

try to load a new blank model and see if the errorcontinue with the new one,
