Cannot Share Workspace

Hello.

I inherited a Power BI project and I'm trying to give my own login access to workspaces. The workspaces have a pro license, and from what I understand is if I have a pro license, I should be able to access these workspaces. When I add my self as an admin via another admin login, I cannot access the workspace. All I get is the error. 

Sorry, you don't have access to that group

We have taken you to your personal workspace.

Anyone know what is wrong?

This has been resolved. It took a few hours for the license to propgate then found we don't share the workspace with a URL. Just add a user and they will have access.

In such cases the effective solution just logout from your account and login again it will fix the issue.It is the common step I recommend to our users and is some kind of sync issue.

Hi @Bbehling2 ,
To troubleshoot your issue, please try as follows:

1. Ensure that your account is an active Pro license user.
2. Click Manage Access in the target workspace with other admin account to make sure you have been added as an Admin.
3. 
4. If the permission has been verified, please sign out and sign in again to compare the results.
5. You could also clear the browser cache first, then log in to check if you can access it successfully.
