Cannot Share Workspace

Hello.   I inherited a Power BI project and I'm trying to give my own login access to workspaces. The workspaces have a pro license, and from what I understand is if I have a pro license, I should ...

    This has been resolved. It took a few hours for the license to propgate then found we don't share the workspace with a URL. Just add a user and they will have access.

Hi Bbehling2 ,
To troubleshoot your issue, please try as follows:

  1. Ensure that your account is an active Pro license user.
  2. Click Manage Access in the target workspace with other admin account to make sure you have been added as an Admin.
  4. If the permission has been verified, please sign out and sign in again to compare the results.
  5. You could also clear the browser cache first, then log in to check if you can access it successfully.
