sharing workspace
can i share my workspace with other if have power bi pro just or i have to own premium account also.

You cannot share your personal workspace (it means My workspace in Power BI Service). If you want to share a workspace with others, you can create a new workspace from Workspaces -> Create a workspace and add other people into it.
If you don't have a premium license, both of you and the people added to this workspace need a pro license so that you can access this workspace.
If you have a premium license, you can assign this workspace to a dedicated capacity in workspace settings. Then you can add people without a pro license into it. But these people can only have read-only rights in this workspace as a Viewer role. If they need a higher role, they also need a pro license.
So whether you need more pro licenses or a premium license depends on what roles you want the other people play in the workspace and how you want to distribute the contents from the workspace. A premium license is not always necessary.

As long as you have PowerBI Pro license you can publish the report on PowerBI service and share it with the relevant people.
