Blank Workspaces

Hi all,

From this morning, if I select any workspace, there is no Dashboard/Report/Dataset information on the main screen - it is just a blank space.

In some cases, I have been able to access reports using the menu on the right hand side but this freezes each time I choose a new workspace.

Is this a known issue?

@KatieH , Hello! no isn't are an issue, because the main page ever is the PAINEL, not reports. Always when you enter into a workspace without visual pinned to the Painel it will be blank.

I'm not sure I understand your response.

The actual workspace itself is blank on the main panel - none of my reports or dashboards are appearing. I have added a screenshot below. As I said, I can sometimes access the reports on the left side but this keeps freezing when I switch to a different workspace.

@KatieH ok. i understood. question: Have you administrator permission? it lookin something about permission. If Not, i will try to understand more deeper about your problem!

Yes, I am the admin for all the workspaces. I have checked with others in my organisation and they are also having the same issue.

Hi @KatieH, probally it is an issue.. like you see now we have the 'Home Page Preview' it was launched today, some of  services can be crashed because this new feature. 

Here, everything is working fine,  i suggest you to close this post, and create an issue into 'Issues Page' .
