Report Level Filters automatic reset? why?

Hello,

 

I have to different dashboard(same fileter's and data types) one with working report level filter and one with automatic reseted report filter.

If I do anything in the report(click on details, move to other pages ect.), the report level filter is resetting(forgeting the filter details). Why? Is there somewhere an option to click on or off the function?

What can I do to remember the settings as in the other report?
