Big Data Datasource timeout error ASA

Hi,

I am trying to load around 500m rows (from an Azure Synapse Analytics db from a materialized view) into a premium capacity workspace and it keeps returning the following error:

Status code: 500
Error Code: CdsaMashupDatasourceUserException

The load is succesful on PBI Desktop (after about 8-9 hours), however, when publishing the dataset & report, it results in a statuscode 500 error with the error code above; this is after 12/14 hours. It is worth mentioning that the dataset will be then incrementally refreshed by the previous day. The initial load is failing after the 12/14 hours so we can't get it to start at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle this?

I have a similar issue (Data loading when using power BI desktop but unable to perform when publishing source as a dataset on cloud.) On my end its being caused when trying to load a table from a PostgreSQL database . (aprox 100MB in size ).  Data loads on power query so everything is set up properly ,it only fails when publishing and saving changes.
