All of the comments in my PBI App disappeared. How can I get them back?

Hey @aquigley ,

I am wondering if somebody else deleted the comments?  Or, do you know "what changed" between the last time you saw them and now?  Also, by comments do you mean the comments in the service on a PC or annotations that you made with a mobile device?

That said, the only I am aware of (and it doesn't always work if you haven't had previous setup turned on) is to get the O365 admin to look at the logs in the O365 admin center and see if they can find when the comments were deleted and then they can restore from there.

Hi @collinq no one has deleted the comments. They were all made in the service on a PC.

I already looked at the audit logs and they are not in there. Is there anything else I can do to get historical comments?

I don't know of one, I would suggest a ticket and if Microsoft has a resolution, please let us know!
