App Comments
All of the comments in my PBI App disappeared. How can I get them back?
Hi collinq no one has deleted the comments. They were all made in the service on a PC.
I already looked at the audit logs and they are not in there. Is there anything else I can do to get historical comments?

I don't know of one, I would suggest a ticket and if Microsoft has a resolution, please let us know!
Agree. If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
