I have a report that uses a parameter to filter the data that is displayed. I'm wondering if it's possible to allow the user to specify the parameter. If not, is there a way to pass a parameter through the URL?

Sorry, I probably should have provided a bit more detail.
I'm trying to create a visual to display open bugs over time for a particular project. I'm pulling the data from ADS using an OData feed. This pulls in all bugs across all teams and projects (approximately 100,000 rows). In this table, several fields are important. Most importantly: severity, created date, completed date, and project name. I need the user to be able to specify a project name and only display the open bugs for that project. The visul is calculating the open bugs by comparing a date in a range for the x-axis of the visual to the created/completed date. If it's in the range of those dates it will be counted, otherwise it will not. Currently I can supply the project name as a parameter and it will adjust the graph as needed, but is there a way to allow the user to adjust the parameter from the report?
