The subscription function cannot display all the table data completely.

There are tables in the report, but the PPT and PDF generated by the subscription function cannot display all the table data completely. Could you tell me where the settings are to show everything in full?

Hello @LinWeiXue,
There is no setting to show the full table in PPT/PDF subscriptions in Power BI. Exports use a fixed layout, so only the visible rows are included; scrollable rows are cut off

Hi @LinWeiXue

@Olufemi7 is correct.

However you can make Paginated reports, which are intended to be printed/saved as PDFs and will be able to produce a PDF that contains all rows.

Option 1) Resize the table to fit all rows on the page
- Increase visual height and reduce row count (filters/top N)

Option 2) Create a dedicated “export page”
- Set page size (A4 / 16:9)
- Fit the entire table with no scrollbars
- Use this page for subscription

Option 3) Use Paginated Reports (pixel-perfect, multi-page tables)
