Hi,
I am making statistics for shared mailbox but noticed that inbox email qty does not match - is lower
So I found that the reason is that some sub folders in the inbox are missing in the list completely
Othervise missing folders are visible in both desktop app and office 365 online
Hi Data1,
You said that some sub foldera didn't appear in data, are these folders special? You could refer to Analyzing your Microsoft Exchange Account Data with Power Query for details.
Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi

Zoe,
These are simple subfolders in the inbox
foe example:
Mail/Inbox/AAA
Mail/Inbox/CCC
are in folder list in Power BI but
Mail/Inbox/BBB
Mail/Inbox/DDD
Mail/EEE
are not listed, so half of email count is missng in Bower BI statistics
Anyone has a clue how to fix?
